These mugs were amazing for our graphic design class project. They work well with a Cricut mug press and sublimation paper/ink. The designs were crisp and vibrant and the mugs have a slight pearlescent shimmer before and after printing. A few of the mugs had defects or chips on the mugs so we had to toss those out but all of the others were great.

We buy a lot of these mugs, thousands per year, for sublimation and they're excellent. Most arrive fine, we have the occasional shipping break here and there but the company's always been happy to work with us on any problems. We do FULL SIZED wrap graphics and typically have zero problem from top to bottom.

These mugs are high quality and definitely take sublimation well. The ceramic coating gives a smooth, even surface that makes designs look sharp and vibrant. They’re sturdy, dishwasher and microwave safe, which is great for everyday use or selling custom designs. However, the sublimation transfer process takes longer in the heat press than advertised, so plan for extra time when pressing. Also, colors don’t always appear exactly as they do on screen; some adjustment is needed to get photo-accurate results, especially for detailed images. When I'm making mugs with company logos, they work out great. When making mugs with photos, it takes a few attempts to get colors accurate. This means waste and increase my costs, reducing overall profit. Overall, they’re reliable mugs for crafting and printing, with excellent durability and finish. Just expect to spend a little extra time dialing in your press settings and color profiles to get the best results. Compare the left vs right mug. The left mug followed the temperature and time suggested (360F for 45S), right mug I pressed at 360F for 90S.

These cups came chipped and they are not perfectly straight. If you have a large pattern it’s almost impossible to get it smooth enough to sublimate. Absolute garbage.
