The flavor is similar to a sweetener. Not the artificial type, but a natural sweetener like stevia or maybe even honey (no it doesn’t taste like honey, but it tastes clean and natural). This is my second bottle and I’ll keep it on my shelf. Recommendation would s three times a day, I believe. I use it twice; in the morning and at bed time.
