DO NOT PURCHASE! Total FRAUD!!
This whole purchase and transaction was a total nightmare. GOT3W is a total fraud and Unique Wireless falsely advertised this product as unlimited, whereas it was NOT! Initially, it took forever to even get it set up. We received the modem, but then they didn’t send a SIM card. It took well over a week after the modem arrived to receive the SIM card. Once it was set up, I then had to figure out how to update the modem through GOT3W. If I were not technically savvy, this would have been a nightmare. Once everything was up and going, it worked. Our service was then shut off completely (NOT THROTTLED, TURNED OFF) at 300 gigs. Upon contacting them, were told too bad basically and we had to wait until it restarted the data over next billing cycle. I requested a refund as it was within the 14 day trial for GOT3W and to cancel our service. Not only did they not issue a refund, they charged me again for the following month and refused to issue a refund for that as well. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank and cancel my card. It was a nightmare and they are a fraud. As for Unique Wireless, they are fraudulent to advertise unlimited when that is not the case. On top of that, when I returned the modem to them, they charged me a restocking fee and didn’t issue a full refund. If I had returned the item for the sole purpose of returning and not because they lied in the product description, I would understand the fee. But this was ridiculous. This entire transaction costs nothing but time, money, and stress. Whatever you do, find a different provider and don’t go with GOT3W and definitely don’t purchase anything from Unique Wireless. They are a total joke.

UPDATE - I HATE IT!! Simply the must-have-internet-product for rural areas!
UPDATE:I haven't even had it two months yet and suddenly it stops working! Customer service is non existent. One hold for hours and hours and hours in total.. each time it hangs up on you after 15 minutes saying you'll get a call back. I never got a call back.Ever! My daughter uses this for online school. She has now missed one week straight with no internet!! I used the contact us section on their website. Someone finally emailed me from Gotw3. At first they told me my sim wasn't in the system and were resubmitting then later told me it was invalid altogether and could I go buy another. I was sick and quarantined! No I couldn't just run buy another!! After getting free of quarantine I go get another card. Try to call.. pointless. Email again. Another day goes by and I'm active. It is slow as a turtle! I can't stream anything!! At all! I can't even look at Facebook!! Try all the updates, resets, whatever. Turtle speed still!! What happened???? Email again. They tell me to contact my dealer. No answer! I want to launch this thing across the yard at this point!!!! Soooooooo frustrated!!!!!!After years and years of having nearly non-existent internet service in my area... from satellite to mi-fi and back to satellite again... I can FINALLY stream movies and videos! I have NEVER been able to stream a movie until now! I HIGHLY recommend this product!!!

Could be but maybe not dependable
I live in rural Northwest Florida which I wouldn’t exactly call wilderness but you’d think so with the problems we have with internet and phone. To be fair to GOTW3/REVGEN NETWORKS, they have been piggybacking off of T-Mobile who now uses the excuse that they are helping schools and making hotspots, so they throttled down and left GOTW3/REVGEN NETWORKS with essentially no internet speed. Along comes AT&T who essentially brags about their slow speeds in these parts and supposedly charges GOTW3 REVGEN NETWORKS more money to piggyback and well you can guess , our internet went from 79.99 to 109.99 and I still have no internet and it’s no longer unlimited internet. The box was 229.00 and what do I do with that now. I know what I’d like to do with it right now. Customer service is bare to none, they never answer, it’s all automated with a maybe call back. Using COVID has become a way for businesses to have no customer service and charge more money. They did call me back after a few days and hopefully I am home but I work during the day and you need to be online so they can walk you through all the little steps on their website which basically just changes the signal channel and does little. I was told about an update a few days ago that I should have been emailed but I swear I did not get but the person practically accused me of lying; so she emailed the steps for getting the AT&T update which did not work. It is the weekend now, Sunday Morning and I have no Internet and no customer service, I emailed and called yesterday several times and Friday tried also but no one called back. It’s almost time for another auto withdrawal from my bank account and I have had no reception. I will update if this gets better or worse but not sure how worse. Did I mention I have a small business and depend on internet service for sending out invoices and job estimates. Thanks for listening. 🙂

It's not month to month service, NOT unlimited it will throttle
There is no hard wired high speed internet. Satellite internet is not reliable with the winds in central TX. So this was my best option. Initially I got this to use for working remotely. Now, I use it for personal use. It was not reliable for remote work at all. For personal use, 89.00 is not a great rate for slow and unreliable service. I've had this since August 2020. It's been recommended that I purchase an exterior antenna to improve this service. I haven't done that yet but if I do and it helps I'll come back and update this review.
