How long do we put it on for?

If you are using just the strips alone, you would keep them on for 30 minutes. If you are adding the blue light to your treatments, that would be done at the 25 minute mark to be used only for the last 5 minutes of treatment. The ARC Team

Do you need to keep your mouth open when you apply this to your teeth? Or can you close your mouth after applying them?

you have to keep the light on so your mouth is open until you are done

Has anyone seen actual results using these ?
