This pole is amazing and is soo sturdy. I put mine on carpeted floor and it was still very sturdyThe thickness is good too. It makes it easier to practice on because it is not as thick as other cheap poles

This product was easy to work once I watched a YouTube video for install and how the pole was broken down further to adjust to different heights.

This pole is so amazing for the price I definitely recommend purchasing this. The instructions were pretty easy. I had to read them a few different times to finally get it correct. you definitely need 2 people I tried by myself and I did not work. I love that it can be in a spinning mode and static mode. MY ONLY complaint. there’s instructions on how to adjust the height of the pole. which were pretty understandable. but there was no way to make the pole shorter. The description of the pole says it can go to 45 inches to like 105 inches or something. my ceiling was 90 inches and for some reason I could not get the pole to fit. it was way too long. there was no instructions on how to adjust it shorter. before almost putting everything back in the box and shipping it back, I had an idea of taking one of the shorter pieces off, and then using the height adjuster to adjust it to the correct position. that was really the only way to get a shorter. I just wish they had more clear instructions on how to get it shorter. overall pole is pretty stable.

Love love love this pole. This is my first pole & it was super easy to install (definitely a 2 person job). It's easy to turn from static to spinning. Best price ever. Highly recommend this for a first / training pole.

I got this pole at 3pm and finished setting this up at 7. The whole process was a** asf. No instructions showed me how to even adjust the pole to my ceiling. It scrapped up the pop corn on my ceiling. **RATINGS** Sturdy 8/10 Static and spin function 10/10 installation 1/10

Love that the height extension is on the bottom as opposed to having a clumsy cover piece at the top. It has a small base at the bottom to allow closer standing to the pole for certain movements. It does not spin too fast. I’m fine with this, it’s been the sturdiest I’ve owned so far. Give it a try.

The media could not be loaded.  I actually love the pole but I moved into a new home and the ceiling is a tad bit higher. How do you adjust the height at the bottom of the pole bc I never received the pack of tools if that’s what is being used.

Was a little nervous at first that I opted for this less expensive, no-name pole vs a well known brand. I am very happy with this purchase. It took me more time to get the pole out of the packaging than it did to assemble... The instructions were easy to follow and I didn't need any help. The pole is sturdy and smooth. Love the easy lock for spin to static, no tools required!
