I did not expect anything short of excellence but this brand gives out miracles in a bottle no matter what I use. This product was definitely one of them. Since I was a child, I've had an issue with water retention. I just started doing labs and learning about how to alleviate things like inflammation, water retention, etc. Nothing worked as fast as this. I am sedentary for a third of my day so this issue has become worse. I do water, walk around and workout hard. I took 3ml of this and my ankles went completely down overnight. I couldn't believe that I could see my ankles without the swelling! This is very easy to use and measure. The ingredients were very familiar to me so the taste and scent did not bother me.
