You don’t really care about “salt” in foods, it is the sodium from all sources that matters for your health. One serving of macaroons has about 5 mg of sodium. That’s very low for a food product. If you have high blood pressure or heart failure the product is mist likely acceptable for you unles you eat the entire container at once. Americans eat too much sodium, used heavily in prepared foods. Unless you are on a sodium restricted diet 2000 mgm per day of dietary sodium should be okay. Eggs are listed as an ingredient because some people are allergic to egg products. If you have an egg allergy stay away from products containing eggs whether they are whole eggs or egg whites. Even very small amounts of sn allergen can bring on a severe attack if you have a history of allergic reactions to eggs.

Quality could be better

I bought 4 double packs, almost all of them looked and tasted burnt. There were also 2 of the bags that were short one each, which affected the amount I needed.

Decently Delicious

These are moist, easy to chew, perfect toasty taste, with a nice balance of sweetness. I would personally like to taste more coconut than the bread ingredient(of which according to the limited((a Plus in my book!))ingredients list may be a combination of invert sugar, tapioca starch, and egg whites. There's only 5grams of sugar per macaroon and a low amount of other nutritional factors especially compared to other brands. Overall happy and satisfied with this treat! Thank y'all for a clean, gluten free way to have a tasty dessert or snack!

Stale Macaroons!

Don't buy this double pack. The macaroons are awful, small and stale. So disappointed. Am wondering if they are kosher for Passover from last year! Maybe that's why the price is so good.
