Just big enough to not be too small!
This is a great portable keyboard. Yes it is small. Yes it take some getting use to. But after a couple hours of use, it is no different than a on-screen tablet keyboard in size. I am typing this review with this keyboard. For someone with very large hands, it may be difficult to get use to, but for most people you will just need to get use to the size difference. All keys work perfectly, and feel great. Key travel is good. Battery life is awesome. The trackpad could be a little bit better, but for the price and size, I can't complain. There is no noticeable input lag from the keyboard, but a tiny bit from the trackpad ever so often. This is my daily use mobile keyboard for use with my ten inch android tablet. I would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a small, portable keyboard for mobile use, and you dont need a mouse!

OK HTPC Keyboard, But Not for Desktops or Tablets
This is the perfect HTPC keyboard. I'm typing this review on the keyboard right now. It's small size means it's not a good desktop keyboard. It's not even a good tablet keyboard. But it is ideal for a home theater PC where the only typing you need to do is for search queries and the occasional Amazon review. Bluetooth connectivity is much better than Rii's smaller BT keyboard, which I also have. You might have to change your pointer speed settings, but once you do the touchpad works well. I also have a full size Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and this little K12BT has become my favorite after just one day.UPDATE: Knocked off one star due to very short battery life. My older bluetooth keyboard with trackpad would go for 3 to 5 months on a couple of AA batteries. The rechargeable aspect of this keyboard is nice, but I'd prefer longer life using AA or AAA batteries to having to plug this thing in every other day. Forgetting to plug it in means you'll be standing next to the power outlet to use the keyboard while it's charging.UPDATE 2: Battery life absolutely terrible. This is constantly plugged in for charging. Out of the box it lasted 2 to 3 days, now I get one or two hours of good connection before the power drains to the point where the pointer stutters across the screen and a key press will get "stuck". This keyboard is the perfect size and the trackpad is so easy to use with multitouch, but that clearly fading battery capacity after 5 weeks of daily use is a dealbreaker. I've gone back to my full size Logitech bluetooth keyboard with trackpad powered by 2 AA batteries because I know that will last 3 months and work flawlessly the whole time. This RII is now paired with my PS3 for the occasional typing of things into a search bar. RII, if you're reading this, please make a thicker version that can take AAA batteries or has a larger capacity rechargeable. I won't mind the extra thickness in exchange for seriously long battery life.

Great keyboard for a home entertainment center
UPDATE: 11/5/16This is a really cool small keyboard. The buttons are smaller and more cramped than a normal keyboard, but it is very portable. This is my second keyboard. The previous one I had was defective and the team was very quick and helpful to get my problems resolved. I use it with our Mac mini which acts as the entertainment system. This keyboard with the trackpad gets the job done very well. Its small factor makes it easy to put away and retrieve when needed. It also looks very slick. The keys are a bit smaller and will require some getting used to. It's not something you can write long emails with. The trackpad is super sensitive. I've had my pinky finger slightly touch it while I was typing and that would move the cursor to where the mouse was pointing.I'd recommend this keyboard for those who need something small and portable to do quick small typing with.I'd not recommend this keyboard to those who do a lot of typing or are trying to do something productive, unless you have smaller hands and prefer smaller keyboards.I will keep this thread updated if the replacement keyboard fails again.OLD REVIEW:I've had it for about two months and used it with our Mac mini as an entertainment system at most a dozen times. I'd say this keyboard is well built because it feels nice, but it's not because it stopped working a few days ago with very little use.It won't power on anymore. It charges when I charge it, but it won't turn on. :(

Actually as good as the "Paid Advertisment" Reviews say it is
I needed a Bluetooth keyboard to run my HTPC because using a wireless keyboard and dongle just wasn't working out. Something was interfering. Since I wasn't sure how well the Bluetooth installed in my computer would work, I didn't want to spend a lot so I got this keyboard. I was thinking even if it is half as good as labeled it would be sufficient for the price.I almost didn't buy it because I have a rule that I do not buy products with reviews that are all free item reviews. They just seem sketchy and fake. I wish Amazon would ban this practice immediately. However I can state that this keyboard ended up being an excellent buy. It is solidly made and super responsive. Fixed all my issues and I am not at all afraid of letting my 2 year old daughter use it. It is actually composed of a solid metal backing and there is no flex. It is about 1 foot wide and 4 inches tall. Touch pad is very responsive. It is actually set up to be a very good HTPC controller. It has stop/start/pause buttons etc...So I say to Rii, stop with the paid reviews. This product is good enough all on its own without the shady selling practices. For others looking for a Bluetooth keyboard, but scared away by all the "honest reviews", take it from me this is a good product and you'll be more than please, especially for the price.
