Pfaltzgraff Trellis White 16-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

Ordered 3 sets of these. 2 came together, one separately (a couple of days later). I was nervous about the condition I would find them in when I opened the boxes... Not one chip on any piece. I was so relieved and very impressed. I like the weight of the dishes. They're not too heavy (like my old ones) but not too fragile, either. They have a nice finish on them (shine a little), but the design is strictly a stoneware look. You can dress them up or use them for casual. Very, very pleased.

These dishes caught my eye on several browsing trips through Amazon. When I finally decided I was sure, I purchased 3 sets. The dishes arrived and I actually waited a day or two to prepare myself for lots of broken dishes, wrong! Not a single peice in any of the 12 place settings had even a hint of damage. Now on to the actual review... The pattern is simple yet interesting, to date I've used them daily on the table and in the dishwasher and microwave as needed. The plates seem to warm quickly in the microwave and caution should taken to prevent burns. I've also incorporated them into semi-formal meals and the tableware was noticed immediately. I hope Pfaltzgraff will add completer peices to the collection.

The dishes are more than I expected! I LOVE them! They are exactly as pictured and great quality stone ware! The only complaint I have is with shipment. I received the items in a very timely manner, however, 2 of the salad plates were broken (not packaged well by the company for shipment). I can't seem to reach anyone who is working to replace these 2 plates without me having to purchase them.The coffee cups are a great size for actual coffee drinkers! Those tiny cups in some sets just don't cut it, lol! I would totally purchase this same set again!

Edit: we've had our 2 sets for 6 months now. The color is starting to fade and even disappear all together in places. Was cute while it lasted though. Never broke or chipped.I received 2 sets yesterday. Nothing was broken or damaged. Only 1 bowl had a slight flaw where the ceramic didn't get dipped. Seems to be good quality and really cute.

These dishes are even more beautiful in person. I ordered 3 sets and as expected anytime you ship that much fragile stuff one cup arrived broken but the company replaced it no questions asked. Great customer service. These dishes have nice neutral colors that compliment almost any decor and I get lots of compliments on these. They've held up well to daily use for ore family of 7 over the last year. I will probably be purchasing a 4th set eventually. I would definitely recommend this dish set.
