Domino Sugar - 1 lb - Pack of 3

Of all products I was shocked to realize there has been some strange shortage at the supermarket for sugar cubes. I repeatedly found the shelf empty during the last few months so I splurged and bought them on amazon. I realized it would be a little more but not a big deal. Today, my supermarket had them again. I paid $2.45 for the exact same box that cost me $10.99 on amazon. Thats really gross. Don't forget to pay attention when you fill your amazon cart. It's so easy to buy things that are not essential and your credit card is not monopoly money.

The media could not be loaded.  i bought sugar cubes again. i had not had any in quite a while. We had sugar cubes when i grew up in Germany and i have always loved the sugar in cube size. it brings back memories when we would have our afternoon coffee either at home, at my grandmother's or at my sister's house........ Maybe sugar is sugar, but i think Domino white sugar is sweeter than some other cheaper white sugar i've tried. Maybe that's not really true. it tastes sweeter to me though. What i would change is having the sugar cubes inside a sealed plastic instead of just loose in the cardboard box. i always think it would be cleaner that way. i made a video. it is not so much of a food product review but it shows you what the product looks like. These cubes were pricier than anything I had been able to Sofia stores. The problem is like that's going to shoot they seem to have disappeared from the shelves. They are a necessary part of horse training and so I had no choice but to buy them and this rather expensive price however they did arrive in good condition and on time.

I did not like this out of at all. I thought it was a regular size sugar cubes and not these tiny tiny things. Two of the regular sugar cubes is perfect for my coffee. These tiny things here four is too much and three is not enough!!! Such a waste of my money essentially no good to me and very expensive!!! So no I would not recommend them to anybody.

I serve/drink a lot of tea and coffee. I think sugar cubes are a much better way to serve than communal scoops or cheap-looking packets. Unfortunately I couldn't find sugar cubes sold in my local grocery stores. I was happy to see them here in Amazon! These are perfect cubes, very nice looking. They come stacked together perfectly in the box, but I transferred them to a glass jar for storing and serving.My only complaint is that the Domino box was a bit banged-up when I received it. Luckily it didn't affect the product inside, but it gave me the impression that this might have been tossed around in a warehouse somewhere, which is not how you want to imagine your foodstuffs.

It’s like they have takenThe Domino box and cut it in two. You received half of a ox. But I only took off one star because I could not find any boxes of cubes ANYWHERE and I was amazed to have found them. Since I couldn’t find them anywhere, I was gentle with my stars.

I really wanted sugar cubes, mainly for the aesthetics of serving tea with sugar cubes when I have guests over. I didn’t really enjoy the taste of the cubes and a lot of them were broken. I know that can be expected due to shipping but it was still disappointing. I think I would be happier if the price was less, I learned later I can find sugar cubes for a larger quantity and less money at my local grocery store.
