This is one of those Chinese items that comes in many forms with minor variations and copies. This is one of the cheapest of those and I don't think its any worse than almost identical items at twice the price.All the programs are nice but after trying them all I suspect you'll forget about them and just use the device on its default setting of max buzz. The only real downside is that its not as powerful as I'd like I'll probably buy a mains one at some stage. For anyone interested yes you can hear the buzz in the next room in most houses. You'd need to listen for it but it does make enough noise to be slightly obvious.Battery life is good and I've never run it out in use. No problems with it overheating on charge.

Bought as a replacement for a similar one where the battery went but cheaper. Works as well and I can't see any reduction in quality. It's also a little easier to find the buttons in the dark - a common problem I've heard!
