Very nice quality - good, thick cotton, but these run ridiculously large to the point of being unusable (we are using them anyway because it's that cold). My child is a true 4T and tall for her age, and these are swimming down to the knee and hanging off the shoulders. I am still giving this 4 stars because I didn't bother to read the measurements so this is my fault. Nice quality cloth and holds up well in the wash...although I wish they would shrink!

Great quality! Got them for a tall 2.5yo, I wanted them to be big, but they are huge. Should have done a 3T not a 4T. I'm still using them though.

Loved that we could find these in a larger size for my medically fragile Grandson . Awesome ! A bit expensive and shipping was high .

My 4 year old grandson, who has Downs Syndrome, sometimes refuses to keep his clothes and diaper on. The only thing that works is onesies, but haven't been able to find the larger sizes in any store. So glad to have found them, and at a reasonable price, thru Amazon.
