My first jar of this was gross, rancid, separated into something I didn’t want to touch, but after I got it replaced, the balm is amazing! A tiny smudge of it on your finger will glide over your whole face. It is a balm, you will look oily for a while, so i used it as sort of a mask or slug before bed and i woke up with the softest skin. The smell is nice too, it’s not a perfume, just a fresh little scent of fruit ❤️ ( the seal of both* of the jars wasn’t tight. It’s like a Styrofoam seal that isnt adhered very well and probably unseals on its own, leading to all those bad jars. This product is not supposed to be exfoliating at all, do not use it to “get rid of the flakes :(

I originally got this in one of those monthly subscription boxes and fell in love with it, I order a new one before the old one can run out now. It is deep moisturizing, goes on smoothly and smells lovely. I have highly sensitive skin so it can be hard for me to find something that doesn't irritate my face. This goes on a bit shiny, so it is definitely a night time cream but my face is so soft in the morning. As you get older your skin changes a bit, so it is ice to wake up with it plump and dewy like I was still in my 20's. I would highly recommend this cream.

This stuff is magic. I strictly only use it as a lip treatment in the morning and at night. I absolutely love the scent. It doesn't clump up like other exfoliating products. It feels so lightweight but does a lot at the same time! It can be a bit spendy for such a small container, but my last one lasted me 9 months!

I’ve reviewed the product and given it a five star rating in the past. But after several bottles I’m frustrated! When the product is correct it’s amazing but I’ve had some trouble lately. I had a jar that was a lot of liquid and bright orange all the way to my current bottle, the product doesn’t dissolve and the granules in it scratch my skin.I love this product but I’m struggling to continue paying for something that’s so hot and miss.

Makes my skin feel great and gives a nice glow

This package had multiple shipping labels including one that said warranty. The content of the jar was absolutely not what its supposed to be because we have a retail jar already and wanted an additional one. Maybe i just got unlucky with a package that was sent back and should have been discarded. The true official jar is amazing and worth purchasing.

First, the product itself feels divine on your skin. It makes your skin feel nice and soft and it uses the best of ingredients. I know i'm really pampering my skin when i use this. Second, and what I really appreciate, is great customer service. They put a little note with the product to call them if there's a problem. So when the jar came with a cracked lid, and the contents were not as soft and supple as it should have been (I compared with my daughter's product and hers was definitely creamier and easier to apply), I wrote them. They immediately replied and sent me another jar that i had within days. Now the jar i bought was the large jar, and they sent me the small jar, but that's ok. It was still excellent service and i could still use the original product, just not as easy to apply. So they made good. BTW, my daughter loves hers too, that's why i bought it to begin with. She came over to me and say 'Ma, feel how soft my skin feels'. Good stuff!

I got the first tub of this in my boxycharm, and have been buying it since. It’s got no heavy fragrance, I rub it between my hands and apply. My husband thinks it’s a little slimy (his word), but I sleep in it and in the morning I just have skin. Not dry or itchy or flaky skin, but skin like everyone else. I have pretty sensitive skin, and have had no reaction to this. I’m hooked, and will continue buying it. I wish it came in a bigger container, but most people probably only need it as spot treatment, so I get it. Love, love, love!
