I couldn't tell you if these work for sure, but I've taken them when I thought a slight cold might be coming on, and nothing happened. No cold, no cough. Not sure if it's the product or just me! These have a great taste and not too sweet. Couldn't find a sugar-free equivalent, but it would be nice to have the option for us diabetics.

This product is easy to use and if you use as they say is perfect!!

I have now used this twice to avoid getting sick. I have this on hand for those moments when I start to feel just a little hint. I am so happy I've found this. ( I am a teacher on elementary, they are walking germs) ☺️☺️ Keep this on hand! Tastes great 👍

Ok plenty of studies show zinc helps reduce colds by various vectors. I can't evaluate if it makes my colds "shorter" or better from a clinical standpoint, however, Zicam definitely provides some throat relief almost instantly. The instructions say to chew slowly, I recommend just sucking on the lozenge to have the effect of the medicine more slowly dissolve as you swallow. Definitely sooths the sore throat without some of the insane menthol burns you get from a more traditional "cough drop". If you are prone to getting the occasional sniffles, I suggest getting a bottle to have on hand and take as soon as you have symptoms.

I have never tried zicam before so had mixed feelings about agreeing to try this. Sure enough, shortly after it arrived my 13 year old came down with a cold (at least I dodged it!)This is a fairly firm gummy. My daughter liked the taste, she said it was fairly sweet but not too much that it was like candy. She said it didn't stick to her teeth, but you are supposed to chew it slowly and completely before swallowing so perhaps that helps. She did not care for the aftertaste -- she said it was an artificial/chemical taste that she couldn't put her finger on. It was bad enough that she raced to drink a glass of water after, but not so bad that she didn't take another when it was time. We do think it seemed to shorten the normal duration of her colds.

These are great for fighting colds, flus, infections and viruses! I wanted to add something better tasting to my vitamin regimen and these are great !

I'm not a Dr but I find this to be the best way to get my zinc. I love the flavor and take it every day.
