Easy to Use, Good Value, But Very Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILED THEM TWICE ABOUT MISSING PARTS, THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK, MISSING PARTS WAS THE LARGER COMBS, WITHOUT THEM IT CUTS HAIR TOO SHORT. NO NEED TO EMAIL THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE CLIPPERS BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
