Elevate Elias Ladies Insulated Ski Jacket (Royal, Small)

A good all-around jacket for a great price. I've been buying only down but decided to buy a cheaper jacket for around the ranch. This one does the trick. It blocks the wind/rain and is probably more practical than my down. it has lots of "bells and whistles" that make it look high tech.
