Not for beginners
I ordered this thinking it would simulate an acupuncture session however it was uncomfortable and sent a shooting pain through my back.

FIRST TIME USERS
At first use, its a little bit hard to adjust. You need to be careful before using the product because it will hurt a little bit and I felt a little bit dizzy while using it but after a while when I started to relax it felt like it easing the back.

Back relief?
This may help a lot of people, but I didn't find it beneficial for me, if anything it made my back more sore. I did read the instructions several times and checked I was using it properly . I made the decision to do as it says on the instructions and stopped using it if there were no improvements ,as it is not guaranteed to work for everyone. However I believe it's up to the individual to make the choices for themselves, at such a reasonable price it's worth trying.

Plus de mal que de bien!!!
Ma fille et moi, o a tester 1 fois et au minimum. On as eu encore plus de douleurs qu'avant. Je ne recommande pas, le mieux c'est aller chez l'ostéopathe.
