ThuleXSporter Pro Mid/Shift Truck Rack

Have owned this rack once before and loved it in every way so I went out to buy another one. Unfortunately it was super poorly packaged and covered in paint chips, scratches, and missing several crucial parts. Great rack as long as everything is there.

The item arrived with many scratches and chips on the paint which I would expect from a Used product. They were a little rough but acceptable for my usage. The problem came in when the unit is missing many of the smaller parts such as screws and accessories as well as having the wrong parts in the box. Clearly not checked and this is not the first time purchasing a used like new product which was totally off and missing most of the parts. I had purchased an Airlift kit Used like new and received a box with one very used and damaged air spring. Kit should of included two air springs that were functional. Out of all of the used like new purchases I can only say that one was exactly as described and usable. I guess 1 out of 5 orders is ok. The only saving grace is you can return the item if it is defective for a refund, I just hope they take the time to inspect the item prior to reselling and wasting someone else's time.

Terrible instructions & some of the allen keys did not even fit

Product came and got installed! The locking tracknob which secures the rack on the base rail sticks and doesn’t open up in winter time! Ended up to have a broken knob. Asked for warranty and warranty people say” they don’t know if the part is damage in the shipment or has happened afterward and also they don’t have the parts in the system for this product So return it back to Amazon!”Imagine installed product on the truck and they wanted back!!
