Pretty Impressed
Maybe all the small laptops are this good now, but really happy how this has managed to handle everything I've asked of it. I work in depth in Salesforce, FollowupBoss, the MLS, and with huge excel databases - usually duel-sceen. Connects with my Android, mouse, earbuds, and hdmi-out to the additional screen. Keeps me working.

Best Laptop Ever
I've always loved HP, but it's all I've ever know. Definitely did the right thing picking this one to upgrade my 11 year old one. Touchscreen is great. I love the quality of the screen. Mine doesn't get really hot super quick as some of the reviews here and I don't have any issues since receiving it a month ago. Battery life is great. It's smaller than my last one, so still getting used to the size. Overall, great item!

Long battery life
I bought the brand new version and all I can say is if you are looking to purchase it just go ahead! So far nothing bad to say and I wish it stays like that. It’s super light which is a definite plus.

Came well packaged and is exactly what I needed! I’ve only flipped it into a tablet once and used the touchscreen twice but it’s fast and lightweight!

Random Screen Blackouts
I got this Laptop 18MAR2 and as soon as I set up everything the screen blacked out a few times within the hour i didnt think much about it and then took it to work the next day so i could set up everything and use it. The screen blacked out multiple times while i was using it decided that i am not going to deal with that issue and return it immediately. I am not going to deal with technical issues on a brand new product that i just got.My biggest complaints while i used it: Screen resolution did not seem very good at all! there was something wrong with the touchpad and it felt cheep, random screen blackouts on a brand new laptop...TLDR: brand new laptop had screen blackout issues, returned immediately.
