Poor shipping
A paper envelope and a paper box was not adequate for a trans-atlantic shipment of 6 plates. two arrived in pieces. I'd love to have 6 plates, sadly only 4 arrived in useable condition.

Slight seconds, one plate not as shown.
Before ordering this item, I contacted Amazon to confirm that this is a set of six first quality plates that were made in England and would contain the assorted motifs pictured. The plates I received all have light pitting and small, light scratches on the front, as well as small unglazed blemishes on the back. The Daisy motif is off-center, and the set came with a Small Narcissus plate instead of the Rhododendron motif shown in the photo. The plates WERE made in England, but they are serviceable slight seconds, which is neither what I wanted nor was promised.

Plates arrived broken.
Plates sent from Great Britten, packing was terrible and 3 of the six plates arrived broken. Will be returning, but return method is a real pain. I do not recommend this resource for dishes.

the product arrived shattered into many pieces. It was the forget me not flower plate.

Not as described
I am returning this. The bread and butter plates are supposed to be 7 1/4 inches. These are only 5 inches. I think the description offered was deceptive and i have to pay return shipping

Unfortunately these plates were not the size I wanted.
I had to return them to Amazon as the plates were not as large as I wanted. Unfortunately, there were too many measurements as follows. Photo with ruler showed 18 cms / 7.2" in width. Dimensions showed 20 cms x 19.4 cm and the item description showed 15 cms. I went by the photo as this was the width of the plates which I wanted but I received the 15 cms plates. Refund by Amazon was excellent.

Gorgeous little side plates
These are exquisite! Lovely little plates for cake, slices or small bread rolls. One of the best items in my set.
