Dress is cute for its cost. Red velvet material. Runs very small! I’d go a size bigger than you need. My daughter is in a 2t, sometimes 3t and I got a 2-4. Wish I would’ve went to a 4-6, but with Halloween being so close there’s no way I want to risk it. Depending on the weather we may have to put clothes underneath which could be a challenge with the size. I had her try it on over her outfit today. If I would’ve went up a size I would’ve been happier.

My daughter has curly hair, so I was so excited when she wanted to be Annie for halloween. She's a small 5 year old, like 38 lbs and 20th percentile for size. The first costume I bought was a small for ages 4-6. I thought "perfect" that should fit her. Whelp, it hardly covered her bottom. So I thought one size bigger would be perfect. so I ordered a medium for ages 6-11. Well that one was down to her ankles. Check out the pictures. This is the worse sizing I have ever experienced and such a waste of my time.

I ordered a size small and it fit my 15 month old pretty well. It was a little big but i wouldn't have wanted a size smaller. She looked so cute in it. It is fairly good quality for the price. She wore it to 3 events and it has hung together. We haven't washed it yet.

The package was stained as well as the white fabric. The fabric quality was very poor. I bought two other costumes from another seller and was really impressed with the quality. It's a Halloween costume so I don't have the highest expectations. I just don't want a cheap flimsy costume that turns my toddler red plus the costume was treated with fire retardants. "Mounting evidence suggests that flame retardants interfere with hormones and reproductive systems, stunting child development and harming fetuses." I will continue to look for another option. I am returning this one.

I wish I could give this a Less then ZERO!!!!My daughter loves Annie and she was soooo upset.This is soooooo so so small it doesn’t even fit a 1yr old :( it would probably fit a 6 month old baby ... I did not read the reviews and I’m so upset with myself to waste my money like this. Had I seen the photo with the bananas 🍌 I would have not purchased só tnx to that person who posted that for others whom are smarter to read the reviews it’s obvious no one in this world can be trusted someone always trying to scam the hard working people.I was soooo upset once I opened the packages..... WORSE VENDOR EVER!!!!!

If I could I would give zero stars!! Do not buy !!it is very bad quality and very bad material it has snagged strings all over it and holes!! It's sizes is also wayyy off . I got size 2-4 years old and the dress that arrived wouldn't even fit a 1 year old!

For what I paid for it the quality was very disappointing. It photographed okay for my daughters Halloween pics. However in person you can see how cheaply made it is.

Our daughter is more on the petite side and this dress was short on her. She is 2 and was fitting in 24 month clothes. I know there was a lot said here on the sizing. We probably should've gotten the bigger one, but it was cold on Halloween so she wore tights with it anyway and it worked fine.The material is very cheap, but for a Halloween costume she will most likely wear only once, it worked just fine for us.

My toddler does tend to be 6 months ahead in terms of growth but this said 2-4 for size so I thought it would be fine (she's 2 1/2) and it is very short and barely fits. I would say this is more 18-36 months in size for the average North American kid.

Cute costume. Our daughter loved it. Decent quality for what you pay.
