Good quality for the price. Needs longer cable. Loud at full speed.
Overall, these fans are well built for the cost. They have two significant shortcomings: The cable is only about 12" long, which means you can't really do any cable management unless you buy extensions (which defeats the low price). Secondly, at full speed (1500 rpm) they are too loud for my taste. I'm pretty sure the claimed 18.24 dB noise level on Amazon is a misprint. If you have a motherboard/bios that lets you set a fan curve, they are just about perfect at 1200 rpm. If you can't control the speed, I suggest you avoid.

Xigmatek fans are good.
I enjoy the Xigmatek series of fans, they just work and push a lot of air. I have used their older series, the -XLF in my old case Antec 1200 for a few years and I like them better and they look better than Gentle Typhoons. I just build another water setup in a Lian-Li A-77F with all Xigmatek -XAF's and they do not disappoint, actually they push so much air at 100% I have toned them down to 70% or so. I got these fans to 1900 RPM with a BigNG T-Balancer setup. At very low voltage the RPM curve is stable, 120mm's. The -XAF 140mm's are different they need a higher start up voltage, so low voltage on those may be an issue. If you are looking for a good radiator fan these are a good choice. I posted a short youtube video. [...]

Would not buy again
These are the loudest case fans I've ever owned. I had 3 and unplugged them all, the noise was loud enough to distract me from my games. I left the Nzxt fans running as they are basically silent.

I love this fan
This is more expensive than your typical case fans. However it probably moves more air than 2 of the cheapest fans. I love this fan

Fans Wobble and hit the side of the case where they are mounted.
Don't Move as much Air as advertised. Started to wobble/hit the case/metal mesh, which caused a LOUD knocking.

Cheap and moves air.
Price was good and does what a fan should do.
