Book is really great and helpful for the beginner sushi maker. My family likes simple sushi, but for a family of 5 going out for even simple sushi can be expensive. Now we can have sushi multiple times a week without breaking the bank!

Tells you what ingredients you will need and defines the different terminology related to the names of the tools you need and a great glossary. It tells you what everything is as if you are completely ignorant of it which I am. There are plenty of rolls to make, but they dont show the pictures for them, only the other stuff in the beginning of the book which is ok. its the basics of how to do things with a few pics. I really like this book. I got it because it had 4-5 rolls I like to eat when I order sushi and it also tells you how to make sauces and soups. pretty cool. there is much more in this book, but just peek at the preview of the book. best deal out there with the most reviews and high ratings.
