Trout: An Illustrated History

Really liked the colorful paintings of the various trout, and the short clips about the fish and their origins and relationships. Wished there was a little more writing.

It's a nice book. Not a full size coffee table book but decent. It's organized nicely and the pictures are beautiful. Unfortunately, it was not packed well and was shipped damaged. Returned it and got a replacement from BN.com.

Great condition

The book itself is what I expected. But I didn’t think the item was as described at all. It was claimed to be in “like new” condition with no marks on the cover, but the edges of the entire book were very worn and there was red crayon on the back. I was not happy about this.

Great book it’s beautifully done in watercolor

I chose this rating because it is a Christmas gift for my son-in-law who is an avid trout fisherman in northern California. I love the book, but the colorful cover had a one-inch tear from the top down. I scotch-taped it on the inside, but it still shows. If it hadn't been for the tear, I would have given it a 5-Star rating. The book has beautiful pictures!!Thank you.Sincerely,Sherry Lee

Excellent for the Trout lover. Arrived in excellent condition, nicely binded study book excellent for coffee table or just reading.Havent actually read it, its a gift but proudly given as a gift. Nice work
