I my vegetables with caraway seeds was very delicious and the seeds were perfect and what I did was I roasted them to get that beautiful taste in there otherwise it has almost like a medicinal taste so I did well yummy in my tummy

Fresh and flavorful
You never know quite what you're going to get when you order spices online. I've had to throw out seeds in the past because they were rancid or flavorless; sometimes there's a lot of crud mixed in with the spices. We've all been there. The Spice Way caraway, conversely, exceeded my expectations -- tasty, chewy, perfect in bread (I bake a lot of bread) and as a key ingredient with roasted cauliflower, carrots, and/or potatoes. The packaging is perfect, easy to reseal to maintain freshness, and 4 ounces lasts a while. I like the fact that Spice Way is non-GMO, no preservatives or additives, with a wide array of spices, pretty much everything I use regularly.
