When the duffle bag arrived, it looked very small, laughably small to the point where I stood and was laughing at how different the size I had pictured in my head compared to reality was. However once you put a few things in the bag it expands a bit more in size and then becomes a bit bigger, still not huge but an improvement at least.We took this on holiday, left it in our car filled with warm clothing and blankets so when we returned we could wrap up. The shoe compartment is a good size and I was able to put my snow boots in there.I can't really imagine this being used for what I initially considered it for as a 'proper' duffle bag as many have pointed out in their own reviews that the bag seems to decay quickly, my bag seems fine at the minute but again I am keeping it as a light travel bag.Yeah it looks nice, has a nice feel to it, if you are in the market for something with a waterproof compartment, don't like the look of the sports duffle bags and don't expect to be using this in a heavy duty fashion etc, this is probably OK for you.

Good for travelling

Getting my stuff packed for a trip, so decided to put the strap on, but it was broken (was easier to show by putting the hook on)Have tried to ask for a replacement but the seller is hard to find to contact and Amazon can’t do anything but refund once they receive the item which I don’t have to return.. and if I return it to reply it’s now more expensive

Used for taking personal belongings to university

I’ve used this bag for a couple of years now just carrying exercise bits (shorts, t-shirt, towel, deodorant drink etc). Nothing very heavy but the shoulder strap broke on the good metal connectors. I’ve fixed it with cable ties but it looks awful now. Also the waterproof pocket inside is all coming away from the seams and tearing loose. It’s a good size, lightweight bag but unfortunately has some longevity issues.

I regret i will have to return the bag as it is too big for easy jet flights as cabin luggage, but good quality bag for the price

Fit for purpose with a shoulder strap and liked the quality for the price, quite squashy
