I ordered a medium for my 12 Lb Terrier. When it arrived I put it on her and it was way too small. I checked and it is a medium.So I decided to send it back and reorder a large. They are charging me $6 to reorder.I am not happy having to pay to send it back.

I originally ordered the XL because the size should have fit my dog according to the size chart. It was way too large. So I ordered the Large and it was way too small.It is too bad because because it is very cute and excellent quality. The sizing is just wrong,.
