First of all, I LOVE that this came with the normal "star" option, and a sea animal option! It comes with various color modes, but we always use blue. My son is obsessed with Finding Dory and Finding Nemo, and needed a night light, so we bought this one. My sister gifted me a star light several years ago and I must say this light is better build quality and more compact in size. The only major difference that I can't tell if I love or hate is that there is no "timer" for the light, so it is either on or off. My other light turns off after 95 minutes so it isn't running all night. Doesn't seem to bother my son at all, so it's more of a point of energy conservation.

I LOVE this light. I just bought my second one (after about 8-9 months of use), because we use it every night and things tend to wear out. The green light was the first to go, then the red shorty after. It then started sounding like a ticking time bomb, so it was tome for a new one. Lol I only use the stars projector, because I’m not crazy about the under the sea theme.This light gives you SO many options, and I know that is great for so many people, but it’s the only thing I find annoying. I have to hit the color button 7 times to the stars reflecting all 3 colors at once. The buttons click pretty loud also, so if you have a light sleeper, prepare ahead of time.Overall, I love this light and I’ll probably end up buying another one eventually

I recommend this lamp Definitely. My daughter is 6 years old and she loves it. It comes on with two settings start night and the aquarium. It’s like being at the bottom of the ocean or the Galaxy . You can set the colors from subtle to bright. Another plus is that it rotates you don’t even hear it. The reflexes of the images rotates all over the room. The price is unbeatable as well. I recommend this product totally.

I bought this for my Granddaughter and let her open it. We turned it on and she was like "OOOOOOooooo, the Fishies..." Pointed and stared at the ceiling as they danced around.The next morning I get a text from my daughter saying...."THANK YOU!!! We put it in her bedroom and all we could hear was her going OOOOoooo, ohhhh, Fishy.... Then silence. She cried for us for just a minute but before this she would cry and whine for us for nearly a half hour. SO, THANK YOU!!!So glad I could help. Plus seeing that first smile of hers was worth every penny.

This projector does not cast as clear of an image as it shows in the pictures or video. And this thing is BRIGHT!!!! It’s hard to look at the machine itself because it is so bright! I had to turn it off for the tool to be dark enough for my daughter to sleep. That’s a bummer, because I wanted her to enjoy it while drifting off to sleep. And she was disappointed that Mommy turned it off. Now, the fact that the price is low, is good, and I shouldn’t expect much; but I feel like I can’t use it for what it was actually intended for! This does not make a good “night light”!

This was great up until about 2 months ago. I purchased in oct 2020. Now the green doesn’t work the blue is not bright and the clear doesn’t work. Red is about the only option now.

I'm reading through the one and two star reviews and it is very clear that the owners just turned it on and expected it to work without really examining it. There are two filters, one for stars and one for the ocean. They are shipped with both filters on at the same time. If you use it with both filters on, it will be blurry, distorted, and not very bright. So open it up first, pick ONE filter, and then use it.Three stars because it is kind of cheap, the instructions are bad, and the controls are not intuitive at all. You can't really select exactly what you want without playing around with it every single time. But... kid loves it!

This little projector is so cute and beautiful. I always wanted something like this for my bedroom. When I turned it in last night, the whole room was filled with stars like the night sky 🌌 I can also put the cap on and use it as a night light for the bathroom. It’s a very nice product for a great price!

Poor quality product. After 1 month, it's not working properly. Color lights fade, flicker and projector stopped working. It's a waste of money.
