It was very fiddly to put together.Some very small screws .Well worth the effort.Looks good on our patio.Very well made and comfortable thick cushions .Only thing we need now is sunshine.

It is just the right size for my small garden and very sturdy. My photo doesn’t do it justice it’s really lovely Assembling took some time and the advice from Seller of “ don’t tighten the screws until all in place “ was very helpful along with pictured instructions. All screws and tools in little bags easy to identify There was a small problem with delivery and I made call to the Seller who resolved the problem within the hour he was amazing and it was late afternoon. Such excellent service and would recommend this Seller and the Garden Suite and look forward to sitting out once the rain has stopped ! And the free rain cover is really good quality too all in all am so very happy with my purchase thank you "

We bought this set having checked out the reviews and we have not been disappointed.Assembly was straight forward and pretty self explanatory, and took me around 90 minutes on my own.The finished product looks great and is very sturdy and should last a fair few years.I did have a couple of minor questions for customer service and I could not believe the speed with which they responded. In fact I had bearley sent the second question before my phone was ringing with an answer. Absolutely unheard of customer service. Well done and thank you.

I bought the 4 seater set at £320, it comes in 3 flat boxes and requires self assembly, it went together with no issues and 2 spare bolts, one each for sizes included.Quality, we own two already to compare, one bought 11 years ago for £750 from a garden centre and one for the Spanish sun for 200€. The £750 is lovely in quality but has only lasted 8 years before the Rattan started to break and discolour, kept under heavy duty cover from October till the sun came back the following year.The 200€ one is reasonable quality, half as nice as the £750 one, kept indoors for 8 months a year and bought in 2016, self assembly was hard work the holes didn't line up very easily, the gap between the Rattan is very large, but works OK.In comparison, Quality, the new one measures to 8/10 to the £750 one, so at £320,VFM, well worth it, it only has to last 4 years in be quids in.The FREE COVER, was not included in the delivery and needed chasing. It arrived promptly once I chased it, its reasonable quality, but not a dedicated cover, it measured 2.5 x 2.5 square and you could get 3 sets under this cover, it's very light weight, I've tied it down with extra cable, but still expect it to be blown away one night.

Looks really good but disabled people will struggle with assembly. The seller was brilliant when I asked for replacement bolts and washers that were missing. Nice and comfy!

difficult to build. Only some parts had a parts letter on them. No actual build instructions just a parts list which you had to use to figure out how to build it. The nuts were all loose in a bag, i.e, the nuts were not fixed in place like EVRE furniture so it was very futery trying to hold the bolt in place while fitting the nut and washer together and because the holes for the bolt to go through were elongated you could not just put the nut and bolt on correctly because of the movement in sideways directions so you had to leave them all loose before could safely tighten them up .Once the units were finally built they were quite comfortable so if the nuts had been fixed in place it would have been 100% easier to build.

We initially made our decision partly on customer reviews particularly comments on customer/after-sales service. Well, we have not been more happier with the service we have received form the Goods Emporium. Initial delivery was earlier that expected which was a nice surprise. Bild instructions were straight forward.Minor issue with one of the parts. One message to customer services via WhatsApp messenger to which they responded to (even after hours) and a replacement part was delivered 2 days later without issue! Fantastic service!! Needed to check something with them on a Sunday afternoon regarding an assemble query and they responded straight away! Even on a Sunday afternoon!! Just great.I have no hesitation in recommending Goods Emporium to anyone looking for garden furniture. One satisfied customer and his wife 😜.
