Murder, She Wrote: Season 10

Purchased as a gift for a person that loves the tv series. The person loves the book.

I love Angela Landsbury...in this role as Jessica ...she gets to travel all over the world and their is always a murder. She solves it with no trouble...I watch these over and over...I would like to be Jessica...

"Murder She Wrote" is the best thing that ever happened to TV! The entire series 1 through 12 is spellbinding. I have been a devoted fan of this series with Angela Lansbury all through the years. Now, I am happy to say, I own the entire series on DVD and watch them over and over. Whenever I want to relax with a good friend like Angela Lansbury I have the entire series to fall back on. I never tire of any of them. I have watched some of them as many as three times in one sitting. They are great!I would highly recommend the "Murder She Wrote" series to anyone who loves mystery stories. Watch one and you are hooked for life!

Jessica is still going, only now she's not just a resident of Cabot's Cove, she is a world renowned author so she gets to travel a bit more. She's still a pleasure to watch. So refreshing to watch programming without a lot of violence and sex in every scene. Jessica is the epitome of a mature lady who is still very smart, pays attention, dresses well, is very active-(she's always jogging or biking or fishing), is courteous to everyone and somehow gets the police to work with her so she can pass on her insights. Love the series.

This delightful TV series came out in the 1980s and can still be seen in reruns today. The marvelous Angela Lansbury plays Jessica Fletcher, small town Mainer and mystery novelist, (who becomes a bit more sophisticated as the series continues). Ms. Lansbury's performance never varies - it's always excellent - as she takes her warm and appealing character through solving one murder mystery after another. Why buy the DVDs when you can watch the show in reruns on TV? because you can tune in any time you want - and not have to watch a single commercial. Highly recommend the entire series or any portion thereof.

I recommend this product to viewers who long for more elegance and less gore in their detective stories. The plots are well constructed, the decor is in good taste and Angela Lansbury is a pleasure to watch, even if sometimes her character (like other main characters in other series--- Miss Marple, Poirot, James Bond, etc) is introduced a bit artificially.But, once the plot is launched, it is all suspense and eminently enjoyable.I am delighted that this series is now available to the public. I have been looking for it for a number of years. At last, I have the whole series, that is to say a lot of enjoyment ahead of me.

Love it and will continue to get more series.

Always enjoy watching the series of Murder She Wrote. Each episode is unique and keeps you in suspenseand also offers some humor.

Auf die komplette Staffel von Mord ist ihr Hobby habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Staffeln 9 - 12 gibt es nur in englischer Originalfassung ohne Untertitel. Da ich mir die Serie sowieso gerne im Original anschaue, bin ich völlig zufrieden damit. Nagiry ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Verkäufer. Ich musste auch zwei Staffeln zurücksenden, da ich sie mir bestellt hatte und mein Mann auch zwei Staffeln als Überraschung bestellt hatte. Die doppelten Staffeln werden ohne Probleme zurückgenommen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Diese Serie ist für mich ein Klassiker der 90er Jahre. Die Staffeln werden nicht mehr auf Deutsch veröffentlicht, daher kaufte sie auf Englisch - das Englisch ist gut verständlich. Einziger Minuspunkt: keine specials.

Ich liebe diese Serie - ich finde sie immer wieder gut; das Volume war schnell da und ich konnte genießen...
