This is a sweet little bell, quite sturdy cast brass and pretty.It is not loud enough for my patient to summon help.The larger bell was more suitable.The grandkids love the little bell, however.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife after her surgery as a little joke. The bell is actually really good quality and sounds great with clear bright ring. She loved it.

Good for the money.

Nice looking and perfect size for what I wanted. Bell has a great tone. I am only giving it 3 stars because the threads where the handle screws into the body are much smaller the the threads in the body. Just a single ring of the bell will loosen the handle, with two rings the handle is noticeably wobbly. I put double sided tape around the male threads on the handle, which helped immensly.

Smaller than I thought. If you shake it hard, it is loud enough. Bought it so my client could ring for me if she needed help. She is 90 years old.

Got this as a gag gift for my sister who asks her fiancé to do everything for her and it did not disappoint! The look on both of their faces when she opened it was worth every penny and more! Bell works like a charm and definitely hard to ignore when she summons him! 5 stars for pure entertainment!
