We bought this dumpling press set to make some Japanese Gyoza dumplings, and when I opened the box I realized this was a terrible product. The metal is very thin and sharp, and would cut into your hands if you tried to use it. Why not just use the handles? They are weakly attached to the halves of the dumpling maker. For ours, one handle on the size we wanted to use was broken on arrival, and not because of the shipping. I looked closer, and the "welds" are extremely weak and started to make snapping sounds as I applied very light pressure. The handles WILL snap off if you try to use them. Also, one of the welds had a metal burr sticking out of it. So the only way to use it will be to press it with your hands against the sharp edges of the metal. Save your money on this one, and any other that looks like it.Returned it.

Perfict dor the job. Makes it so much easier and faster too

I lost my plastic potsticker presses in a move. Decided to try these thinking metal is better. Did not press week enough to seal totally even with egg wash. I would not but these again.

Muy mala calidad, los cortadores son de un calibre muy delgado y se deforman, y los moldes para las empanadas pésima calidad se sienten muy endebles y al igual que los cortadores el acabado de las terminaciones son malas tan así que te puedes cortar al agarrarlas de la parte de abajo, las asas tiene buen acabado se sienten bien pero en general no lo recomiendo, tendré que limar las puedas para evitar algún accidente

This product is supposed to be stainless steel and all it is is cheap tin would not recommend it at all
