The shower rack came in two pieces and needed to be screwed together; hardware provided. Easy to assemble. Rubber material over the hook prevents rack from sliding while hanging in the shower.

***Original Review*** Purchased October 16, 2020 Sad to see others have had problems with rust. We haven't experienced that. Couldn't get the suction cups to work but turns out we didn't need them anyway. It's very roomy and sturdy. I'm really glad I got it. ***Update & Second Purchase*** Purchased November 05, 2023 Three years ago I bought this for the 1st time. It started rusting about 2.5 years later. So I just received my 2nd one (after buying some God awful plastic ones since they won't rust but they were CRAP and sagged so badly even without putting too much in the basket...anyway!) I'm so happy I spent the extra $8 for this. I read in a review here that mentioned spraying it with a clear coat of polyurethane to seal it and help prevent rusting. So I'll give that a shot. I don't think there's any way around it rusting, eventually. I mean, come on...water+metal=rust...it's just gonna happen. It's disheartening to see so many 1 star reviews for this item and for that reason. This is definitely not a 1 star product. As long as they continue to sell it at a good price, I will continue to reorder it. It really is a great caddy. Very roomy & made out of strong materials (minus the suction cups. Even the 2nd set of cups are pretty crappy) But either way, I'm still very happy with this item!

If you like being awake by the sound of something falling at 3am every morning then this is the perfect product for you! The unit itself is good. I had a little difficulty putting all the screws in but once I got it done it was fine. The problem is the suction cups. The first day I tried to hang it up it took me over an hour and another person to finally get it to suction to the wall, after that it stayed in place for a good two weeks before it became a constant issue of being startled to death in the wee hours of the morning by the sound of it falling down from the shower head. The rubber piece for the part that goes over the shower head has no grip at all. It constantly slides down and the suction cups for the sides are too loose so the pieces keep coming out of it or either the suction power will loosen and the whole thing just falls down. I love the look of the product itself but if it wasn’t for the fact that I am outside my return window I’d give this back and spend my money elsewhere. Update: This thing is now being used as a spice rack in my kitchen. I tried gluing the suction pieces in place so they wouldn’t keep slipping off the product but that only last a few days a week. This thing fell down at least once a week. Do you know how terrifying it is to have your eyes closed, taking a shower and to open them just in time to see this thing barrel towards your face. Well you will if you buy this. I’m giving it two stars because it is pretty decent so far as a spice rack but otherwise, especially if you have a stand up shower with no where to stop anything go to Walmart and spent $30 bucks on the tension rod racks.

This hanging shower basket is just what I needed in the shower it matches the decor of the design it's sturdy I don't have to worry about it getting rusted and it works for two people.

The caddy fits perfectly over the shower head. Two screws are required to assemble it. It comes with three screws just in case. It's a good product.

I expected a standard shower caddy but it is massive and I love it!! The chrome finish is spot on, the shampoo bottles fit amazing, room for soaps and sponges. The suction cups are oversized and adhered perfectly. The only downfall is the wee screws. I would recommend doing the bottom basket first then top as your hands can't fit and find the screw holes having done the top one first.

Size and layout is great. Paint chipped and rusted right away.

We purchased this to replace our old, rusty hanging rack and have been very happy with this purchase! It was larger than I expected (in a good way) and has not rusted yet at all. All of my many hair products fit inside the baskets and there is a rubber piece at the top to keep it from sliding down your shower head. It is exactly what we were looking for!

I ordered two, and one was a nightmare to assemble because the screws wouldn’t thread in the hole it was meant for. But overall it looks nice and there’s lots of space on it, the suction cups didn’t work for me because the tile in my bathroom isn’t smooth, but that’s ok!
