Package got here in a good time and in great shape.

This is a great show!! It’s been so nice not having to deal with commercials.Also, the DVD’s are in great shape and all appear to be there. The package was delivered when promised as well.

A great show made even better without all the commercials.The only problem is that I am missing disk 5 from season 1.

Love NCIS so I bought the package Seasons 1-10 (added Seasons 11 and 12 in another purchase later on). All were advertised as having closed caption (subtitles) which is an option that I always choose when viewing home DVDs. Viewed Episode 1/Season 1 and found out that there was no closed caption option to select. For grins I further checked out more disks throughout Season 1 to find the same omission show up. I proceeded to go through the other disks throughout my new 10 season purchase to find that only Seasons 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (and 11 and 12 purchased later) had selectable closed captions available. Makes no sense! Disappointing. I would want all of them to be as spec' out. The packaging, quality of audio, and video were very good. Would have given a 5 start rating here if not for the audio/viewing issue. Seems overall looking at other reviews that this wasn't a large problem. My bad luck.

Show flickers on some of the cds

I have been left very disappointed as so far I have two discs that are so badly scratched and small breaks on them. Fifth Season disc 2 and Seventh Season disc 2. I just hope that there are no more damaged discs. I can only say that this disc set has been poorly handled. The damaged discs will not play at all. Sticks and will not move not matter what i tried to get them to play. Other discs had scuff marks but they did play. I have never had such a badly put together DVD set in all years I have been with Amazon. Because of the damaged discs I have had to go to the added expense of purchasing a set of both the Fifth Season and the Seventh Season.
