I received the biscuits completely broken (packaging was fine and intact). You can't serve these to anyone since they are broken into many pieces. Forget about gifting it to your loved ones.I loved the concept since these biscuits claim to have no gluten, no use of hydrogenated fats, using natural sugar, no artificial flavoring and no preservatives. I was looking to buying something like this and also spread word about good quality biscuits amongst my friends. But receiving broken biscuits is not acceptable...every biscuit is broken into pieces.I reached out to Hey Grain since their box packing claim to replace the biscuits if received broken (they have provided their contact number on the box). I reached out to them the same day when I got my package but haven't heard back yet. This is not something a customer would expect.

I recently bought this item. The biscuits are tasty and not too sweet. It is money's worth in return.
