Redeemed From Poverty, Sickness, and Spiritual Death

I noticed in my early teenage years that Jesus said of most people he healed that their faith made them well. I saw the word everywhere in the new testament and I hated it. I didn't understand what it meant to have faith. I remember wishing that I lived in the days of David when all I had to do was follow a bunch of rules and get blessed. I simply didn't understand faith and it sure wasn't working for me. This led to frustration and anger at God until I simply quit. Coming from a morning prayer meeting, I looked up & said "God, I'm taking a break." And I did. The only reason I planned to return was because I didn't want hell. I lived in sin for 4 years until I stumbled upon this booklet. The title simply captured me. I started reading it with the a critical attitude, expecting to disprove it somehow, but by the time I got to the end, I was back! Back home to my Father! The frustration & anger toward God fell away when I saw the truth so simply.Read it!!!

In this booklet Hagin talks about the importance of hearing to develop faith by which one can be healed."But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities." - Luke 5:15Luke writes about great multitudes who came to hear Jesus and be healed.Bible says that Faith comes by hearing, and that by hearing we develop faith in God. Whenever Jesus healed someone he didn't tell them that he healed them by his faith, but that they were healed by their own faith. Hearing the word of God opened their minds and inspired them with faith they needed to get healed.Jesus said "According to YOUR FAITH so be it done unto you.""As THOU hast believed, so be it done unto thee."Go thy way, and as THOU hast believed ...""Daughter, THY faith has healed you."Hagin mentions a story about a woman who was dying from cancer. He just sat by the bed and opened the Word to her. He began to teach her. It took him a little time, but by hearing the Word she was perfectly healed of terminal cancer. The same doctors who gave her only 10 days to live couldn't find a trace of the cancer and pronounced her well.

Hunted this type of Faith all my life. 2nd Peter 1:1 opens with "Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:" 'like precious faith' is rare and precious, indeed.KEH has 'like precious faith' because he not only teaches the Word, but urges us to study it for ourselves. It is precious to find a Bible scholar who doesn't try to dominate, but knows 2 Cor. 1:24 "Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm." Two things I value: 1) To know for myself. 2) To be respected as an equal believer and not 'talked down to' by a leader.KEH lifts us up in Christ: Luke 22:69 "But from now on, the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God." Glory to God!

Medical researchers have studied the medical benefits of faith. Many writings tout many things to cure us-science (Christian or other kinds) supplements, yoga, positive thinking, positive imaging, and faith in the healing works of God and of the Blood of Christ. Hagin wrote these nuggets from his preachings and teachings. His life themes were, read and study the Bible so you know how to think and speak so you can have all the things God so wants to give you. So you can do and be all you were lovingly created to do, be and have. And be sure what you hear and what you say lines up with God's word you're studying. What you say tells your brain and the body it regulates how to go on. Hagin's theme-have what you say, don't say what you have, unless you already have the health you want. And praise God for it all.

Love these little snippets of Kenneth Hagin. Remembering the many sermons when he was alive from his camp meetings but today, my faith has risen to receive this revelation today. (Believe one’s faith release comes in steps and not before receiving the certain revelations.)I’d strongly recommend this brief booklet for greater revelation of “,,I am the Righteousness of God in Christ.”
