Purchased this product to re-attach ceramic pool tiles to a concrete swimming pool shell. YouTube videos show this product working both in dry and water-submerged situations. It doesn't. At best the adhesive created a weak "velcro" like bond that allowed the tiles to detach under slight pressure. At worse, the tiles simply fell off, and the adhesive that "stuck" to the back of the tiles could be easily peeled off. The substance this product appears to attach to most strongly is itself. A third of the adhesive inside the tube was hardened when the product arrived from Amazon. A message sent through Amazon to the manufacturer's customer service link went unanswered.

What a waste dried up while closed
Would not recommend, not a great bonding and dried up while being closed the entire time. Waste
