One year enjoys it
Bought this as a gift for my grandson’s first birthday. It’s so easy to pop open and close up. We use it inside and outside. The little carrying case makes it convenient to store or travel with.

Fun but has stain
A lot of fun for the kids but it arrived with these weird black stains which makes me wonder if it's used?

Pain to assemble, very flimsy... but loads of fun - you get what you pay for
I somehow assumed that easy assembly meant popup like the Ikea tents we have. NOPE. Not putting this thing together again. Ever. It is flimsy, material will tear after all of the sieges and I won't take the thing apart until it's in tatters.... because I am never putting this up again.Picture rambunctious 3 and 6 year old rearing to go - dressed as knights with sword and shields at the ready... standing there crying while mom crawls inside the tent which has collapsed like two pieces of an Oreo cookie after being "popped up" out of the "storage bag" Poles have an arrow on them - put the pole in the pocket and then the other end in the roof. Do this while they're collapsed so you can stretch it. Hmm... does the arrow mean the bottom or the top. okay... I chose the wrong one... have to untie the tiny tieback which I tied in a knot for some insane reason (actually because I knew the 6 year old would try to untie it to see how it worked if it was a bow) So now picture the two boys trying to crawl in with me to "help"... not a big help because now we're all crammed in this "easily assembled and collapsed" tent. ... finally get the pole in the right pockets and try to straighten it to pop it back in - nope... pops out and punctures the side of the tent. Great - now there is a hole in the side... yep that will get bigger after some play. Next pole - at least I know which way the arrow goes (and no I can't put it in this review because I have blocked the memory of this from my mind after drinking a bottle of wine). At the end - in the tent:4 poles in 8 pockets6 holes in the fabric from the poles puncturing the very flimsy material2 happy kids1 golden dragon (aka the golden retriever who thinks that the inside of the tent is so much fun)1 cranky mommy who is promptly arrested by the knights and put in the "dungeon"and ... 1 storage bag which will never be used because this thing is never getting taken down (or put up again)

Big hit with a 2 and 4 year old!
My nephew and niece instantly LOVED getting into this tent. It's so great that there can be two separate tents or they can be connected by the tunnel. I decided on this 2 tent option so the kids can have one alone in their room or they can be connected. Also, this size is better for a smaller house than the larger tents that are at least 4 feet across. Tricky to fold up as all popup tents are but there are videos on Pinterest and Youtube to help you. A HUGE success!

Great for an impulse purchase, but can't get it to fold back up!
Honestly, I ordered this while I was "sleep-Amazoning". I can't be the only one who wakes up in the middle of the night, can't go back to sleep, orders a few things on Amazon, and forgets about it until it's delivered 2 days later... That's "sleep-Amazoning", and it's very real. They're still looking for a cure... but until then, I'll just keep ordering things I don't need.As for the tent - It's cute and the kids loved it... but a bit of a pain to put up/take down. I vaguely remember seeing a similar tent on Amazon's recommendation's for me (thanks, Amazon, I obviously needed a tent), and I think I started searching for a cheaper one. I saw this one and it said "pop-up"... so one-click and two days later, it arrived in a small little package. Perfect! So I popped this puppy out in front of two uber-excited three year olds who were screaming with excitement.Unfortunately, the "pop out" part is two-dimensional... meaning it pops out into a large flat circle. The tent then has to be erected using tent poles like you would use on a regular tent... except the tent poles must be positioned and TIED into the tent... from the inside. The ties are kind of like the little fabric tabs inside of a duvet cover...As you can imagine, this is quite difficult when you can't really get "inside" the tent at that point... and two, impatient toddlers are "helping"/trying to crawl into it. We set it up outside and the kids enjoyed it. I'd suggest setting it up where you plan to keep it for awhile, because it is not the easiest to shove through a doorway. We left it up for a few weeks, and they played with it a few more times. Honestly, we left it up as long as we did because the cats adopted it as their new sleeping spot. I took it down this past weekend, and it was about as difficult to take down as it was to put up... not hard, just awkward. The only issue is that I can't figure out how to fold it back up into a small circle and put it back in the bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, we are stuck with a three-foot diameter circle behind the toy shelf.I still give it 4 stars because it does what it says it does. Most of my complaints are because I secretly wish it had a remote control and would just assemble and disassemble itself. :)
