Don’t buy! Not anchor shown and they will charge $60 to return it!
Don’t buy!!! It’s not the anchor they are picturing above!!! I am very unsatisfied with my experience with your company. I bought this for my paraplegic mother after she had an accident trying to get into her pool. I did research and knew the pool lift, anchor, and any extras were sold separately. The anchor shown in the photos is not the anchor I received from you company. I had to research more to find out it’s actually called a surface anchor. They then charged me $60 to restock the item! Which I never saw that information provided upon purchase.
