Gotta love mushrooms. They come with a lot of health benefits. I obviously can't tell what these benefits are, it's not like my life has suddenly changed from drinking Reishi, but the science is there to back up it's long-term benefits. Besides that, it's actually a really tasty drink, depending on how you have it. We fill half a cup with hot water, half with oatly milk, and add a bit of vanilla powder in there. Makes for a delicious warm cuppa in the eve.
