It a good super hero movie

Love the director's cut of this film.

Spawn was ahead of it's time. Michael Jai White is the perfect actor to play Spawn & John Leguizamo does a killer Job!

From 1995 to 1998 comics had a great time. We were blessed with wonderful comic books like xmen, spiderman, gen 13, and Spawn. For me, Spawn was at the top of my list cause, it was dark, twisted and deeply imaginative. Then came the spawn movie and this changed the world forever. We no longer wanted to see our heroes on paper: we wanted to see them on screen. I think this caused comics to sure die out, and the guys that were reading the comics, wanted to put these characters on the big screen. Spawn was great, but there was something left out of the translation for me, probably because it wasn't r rated. It had to be pg13 to reach a broader audience, but it still worked. But we were not ready for that yet. Blade is the only comic movie that took that r rated risk and it worked. But now that spawn has been introduced to the world cinematicly and animated, mcfarlane should try again in rated r. I would love a retelling or a sequel. Just make sure its a gritty as the comic book.

Spawn is a high art fever dream where the dream runs out of money after the first 80 minutes 10/10 where you’re goin, every day is Halloween.

Such a classic can't wait for number 2 to come out..

Ordered the directors cut movie. Didn't think it would come from Japan. Cool box can't understand Japanese. Pay close attention when buying off Amazon. Nowhere did it say in the listing the movie would be dubbed in Japanese.

Spawn erzählt mal auf etwas andere Weise den ständigen Konflikt zwischen Gut und Böse. So arbeitet der vermeintlich Gute zuerst eigentlich unbewusst für das Böse um dann schließlich gänzlich auf die Seite der Unterwelt zu wechseln. Erst als er seine Menschlichkeit wiederentdeckt besinnt sich der Held und wechselt erneut die Seiten und rettet so die Welt.Umgesetzt wird die Geschichte in einer düsteren Welt, die toll zur Geschichte passt und die gut gemachten Specialeffekts noch unterstützt.
