This item was purchased for my wife. She has arthritis in both knees, and it is very painful for her. It's hard for her to go about life, as normal. I ordered this brace for her, so her left knee could heal. That is the one that causes her the most problems. She could barely bend it, before receiving the brace. Since she has gotten it, she has used it a few times. Her knee is bendable now, and she is not in as much pain. I am giving this brace 5 stars. The only thing she really saw a bit of a problem with, is the upper strap. It kept sliding up and down on the material of the brace. Very comfortable though. And very sturdy. The material is very soft, and leaves no uncomfortable feeling on the skin. When first putting it on, she put it on backwards. The inserted hole, in the material goes on the back of the leg, and the velcro goes around the knee. All and all, we are very satisfied with this brace. Will definitely order others, if needed.

Initially this fit great and gave great support. However the more I use it, the more it's stretching out of shape. Now I have to wrap it overlapping the sleeve to where there's no longer a knee hole. The adjustable straps are keeping it in place most of the time. But by supper time it's sliding down my leg. Walking any distance isn't possible while wearing it.

It works for me! I have large legs and could not believe it when I got it in the mail and it actually fit. In face it is a little loose but with the straps I can cinch up it fits perfectly. The side bars keep my knee from slipping out of socket. Pain is bearable again. If you have slipping knee joints like I do you might be able to relate to this. I went in to the specialist to discuss knee replacement and have to loose weight first. He saw the brace and said if it works wear it. I am wearing it!

Wanted to love but slides down when moving

Whole in back of brace was not finished, was not sewn, I did not notice this until I took it off. and because seen was not finished ,the brace tore up the back and down the back.i need the brace so I had to try to fix it my self.i did like that it closed in the front .but over all poor product.

I am very heavy at the moment and needed a brace and was unsuccessful at getting one that actually fit right, was comfortable, WORKED the way it was supposed too and amazing quality. This brace is the complete package!! It works and is extremely helpful. I am a Hairstylist and I am on my feet for 8-12 hours straight and it would not be possible if not for this brace. I am also happy to add that this company is all about quality, customer service and customer satisfaction. After I received my brace I received an email making sure I was happy with it and letting me know if I had any questions, comments or anything to respond to the email. I let them know that the brace I received unfortunately, had a piece that broke off and I asked if I could get a replacement piece just so I could loop the Velcro through. They responded instantly just asking for a picture of what I was talking about so they could have it for insurance purposes and that they would send me out a whole new brace instantly. I sent back the picture and again said that I just needed a loop piece and I could use the one I had. Within 2-3 days at the most my whole new brace came in and it is amazing!! They didn’t even want the broken brace back. I am extremely grateful and satisfied beyond belief. It’s not easy being overweight and it’s even less easy to find a product that works when you are overweight. Thank you BraceAbility! Everything was and is perfect!

I wasn't expecting to receive my brace until sometime next week, imagine my surprise when I got it today! I am so pleased. When I was in junior high, I hyper-extended my knee and in addition to tearing some things, I knocked off a hunk of my thigh bone, and it was stuck behind my kneecap, grinding into my bones. After healing, I used a similar brace to continue playing sports and to wear whenever I was feeling pained. It has long since disintegrated and I never replaced it. Last week, I had an issue with my knee that resulted with me having to go into urgent care for the pain. I requested a new brace, and they only sent me home with an ace bandage. Which, hello, does not do the work whatsoever. Just strapped this baby on, and it is PERFECT! It is doing exactly what I wanted. As a plus sized person, it is difficult to find anything that fits right. So glad I came upon this!

Not designed for thick thighs, not great at application or putting it on. Compression is great but not great putting it on. I have the previous one and it is great. It will constantly slide down the leg.😬
