No longer use it, because anything grinding takes a long time, even something simple as ginger garlic paste takes an hour, with motor tripping and waiting for another 30 minutes to reset and reuse. Didn't expect such a expensive purchase to go waste so soon. Finally landed up buying a blendtec, and it does everything what this grinder and mixer could do, in not more than 2 minutes, one pot takes care of everything. Here is my feedback after using this for a month. First, the watch outs, The reviews you read about the smallest jar getting messy is true. But it just needs you to make sure you add adequate (not too much) water for your grinding needs. Dry or semi solid grinding works well with that jar. For juices, there is a separate jar (Sarcasm intended). Second, it heats up a little. But again you need to watch out the load and spin. Its a mixer grinder and if we use it that way, it is cool. We use this to grind all kinds of Chutney (small jar) and dry grinds like masala powders. Works fantastic. And, we also grind idly/dosa batter with the bigger jar and that works fantastic too. I saved $160 odd I would have spent on the Ultra grinder. I have not used the juicer much because I have a smaller blender (grab and go type) I got for $17 here.
