I bought the product because the reviews were very good and after getting the product I could see why. The products were indeed really good. But unfortunately, the comb broke 2-3 weeks later. And since the amazon return period was over I couldn't return it. After about a month after the purchase date, Rubab Men contacted me via amazon seller messages to get feedback on the products. I shared with them my situation and they immediately escalated the situation and ordered a new comb for me. I got to know that the founder of Rubab men, Ashwin, apparently personally resolves all the customer queries. And within about a week I got a new comb, not one but 2. I honestly never expected such a good product lineup and service from them. This is indeed a rarity. I'm very happy with the purchase. Would 100/10 recommend.

ঠিক ঠাক,খারাপ নয় ,তবে একটা কথা আমি বলবো কাঠের যে চুরিনি টা আছে সেটার যে দাড়া গুলো সেগুলো সাইজ আর মাঝের গ্যাপ অনেক টা , এটা একমাত্র যাদের অনেক বড়ো দাড়ি তাদের জন্যই ,ছোট দাড়ি তে এটা কিছুই কাজ করবে না ,দাড়া গুলো অল্প ছোট আর মাঝের গ্যাপ টা আরো কম হলে খুবই ভালো হতো ।তবে যে ব্রাশ টা আছে সেটা বেশ কাজের জানি না কত দিন লাস্টিং করবে বা যদি তোমার ছোট দাড়ি তাহলে এটা নিয়ে লাভ নেই বাড়ির যে চিরুনি ওতে আর এতে কোনো তফাত নেই ।
