While I love that this product performs as expected, it requires constant sharpening. With that in mind, the coating is not easily removed with a basic pencil sharpener and can easily scratch the lips if not sharpened properly. It should be sold with the proper sharpening tool.

Like others said, the sharpening is an issue. It's soft and melts easily into the sharpener and the black is rough so hard to sharpen. It does what it says it does though.

The product works very well, but there is so little on the pencil for the price. I bought a lower brand for 1/2 the price and it worked just as well.

There was nothing in this tube except a tiny fraction of the product on the end. It did not roll up or down. Empty!
