This is a great product at a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for a solid, easy to use and easy to clean fresh citrus juicer this is it. Heavy and sturdy this juicer is built to last. The design gets very bit of juice from each piece of fruit. The cleaning is an absolute breeze, two parts, they are simply installed no threads to clean, half a twist, rinse with soap and water reinstall, 30 seconds tops. It is a little on the bulky side for storage, heavy and somewhat large. The solution? I just leave it on the counter for fresh OJ every morning. I’ve calculated my cost per glass of OJ, roughly a dollar for about 8-9 ounces of juice but guaranteed is the freshest juice you ever enjoyed.

We have an orange and a lime tree in our side yard. Like most plants, when the fruit is ripe it is all ripe close to the same time. I squeeze the limes and then freeze the juice in plastic squeeze bottles. I thaw them as needed. We try and drink all of the OJ, but may need to freeze some of that, too.It is a very heavy machine. That is both a benefit and a burden. The burden is that it is heavy and hard to set up and put away. The benefits, that far outweigh the burden, is that it is a very heavy machine! It is sturdy, stays put and with its long handle, easy to use for a lot of fruit. It comes apart easily for cleaning and is quite well made.I recommend this juicer and would definitely buy it again.

Could not wait to get it and test it, been wanting one for a long time.In general, it works well, seems to be built well, and easy to clean, but a couple of annoying features I came across:1. the legs at the base are too short and once applying pressure to the handle, it tilts forward which becomes annoying if you forget to apply pressure at the back.2. The base where you put the fruits is a little too steep, which makes you lose the edge of the fruit while squeezed if it is a bit of a big fruit (even moderate oranges), with that said it works well squeezing the majority of the juice out.All at all, the price is very decent for the quality and function, it is a good purchase for a home and I will recommend this for low budget purchase.P.S.The packaging was horrible, with no padding of any sort and way too big box. Luckily it was not damaged during shipment although the package was.

Do you have a lemon tree like ours? We have an epic tree that always has lemons every day in California. I feel so guilty not making use of this amazing bounty that this tree work so hard to give us. Now I can easily juice these lemons for instant lemonade on the go, or squeeze in batches for storage in the refrigerator and freezer. It has an old-fashioned vibe and is made out of sturdy Steel that is easy to clean - ours is a a hip attractive Orange color. This is something you'll be handing down its that well made. We've had it for a year and it has held up like the first day. Homesteaders: you need this. Everyone else with any kind of fruit tree: you need this. Thank you so much for something that actually works!

I have used several other orange manual squeezers before. Being a mechanical engineer, I consider their designs and constructions not to have been very professional. And they did not stand up for long to the wear and tear of daily use. I was attracted to the VIVOHOME manual squeezer because of the sophistication of its linkages which other models don't have, and it's visible sturdiness/ruggedness was also a big selling point for me. I was not disappointed. The linkages allow me to squeeze oranges with about half of the physical effort that the other squeezers required. The parts against which the oranges press are the easiest to remove and clean. Their quality and finishes also impressed me. One tip that I want to pass on is when you bring the handle down, use your free hand to push down at the back of the squeezer U-shaped base. I give it 5 STARS.

This functions fine. Does what it's supposed to do. Squeeze citrus. Unfortunately the more oranges I juiced, the more I found black flakes coming off in my juice. I couldn't figure or see where they are coming from. My guess is the black paint on the cast iron design is flaking off. Yuk I don't want to drink that. Not sure about returning. Also it will only juice 3 oranges before you have to pull out the silver strainer to clean out holes and put back in to juice. That prevents the flow to be able to juice orange after orange. You have to stop and clean. So while it juices there are a few frustrations. Not sure what a good solution is.

Great for juice from oranges and grapefruits.Easy to use easy to clean. Just be careful as handle is heavy and can drop if not paying attention.

This machine is amazing. It is the best juicer, easy to use and easy to clean. Wish I’d bought this years ago.

Although there are four rubber feet that resemble suction cups-they are not of any help in holding the unit firmly when squeezing. If you only use one hand, the force required to press the orange will tip the unit forward in spite of its weight. Important to place the inactive hand on the vertical chrome bar or on the top of the unit.We are satisfied with the ease of use and cleanup, and overall performance. It's heavy - so be aware when storage is other than a countertop. It's an effort to move, so a permanent accessible spot is desirable.

This thing makes juicing citrus ultra fast and easy. I use it for lemons, limes and oranges to go into cocktails mostly. Juicing limes by hand is horrible if you're making a pitcher of margaritas. This thing is heavy duty and is easy to clean. I notice at the peak of crushing there is some flex in the main pole, hopefully this is part of the design. So far I'm a happy juicer.
