This would be a great product if the brakes worked properly! The brake handles are impossible to push down for my mom, and difficult for everyone else. A customer answer suggested loosening the cable, which did loosen the brake handle, but now the bar that stops the wheel isn't tight enough, so the brakes don't work at all. I fiddled with the cable to find somewhere in between without any luck. This is a hazard. I wish the seller would respond to these questions and reviews.

I got this for my aged mother who had complained that walkers are always too tall. This one adjusted into her length. The one thing I don't like about it is to lock/unlock the brakes, it takes a lot of effort on her part that she's not always able to give. So.....it's sitting in the corner unused.

This walker has been perfect for Mom. I just purchased this to replace the one she purchased 10 years ago!! Just the right size for a 4' 11" Mama weighing about 135lb. At first when I opened the box and read the manual I was thinking we were sent the wrong one. The manual says "New Wider Version"... and "Walkabout Lite, Hemi and Wide 4-Wheel Rollator" The description on Amazon says nothing about being wider. I thought I may have been sent the wrong one. BUT it is perfect and no wider that the one Mom has had for 10 years. The blue is a little more electric than her previous one... adds some zest to her step!

We bought this in August but assembled it this week. This rollator has multiple issues for my petite 87 year mother. The basket is very small. If you put anything with some weight that is taller than the basket the walker pitches forward. If she goes over a carpet to floor lip it pitches forward. The nuts in the wheels fall off repeatedly from day one. It is UNSAFE for her. I did a lot of research to choose this rollator. It is very expensive and a total waste of money for her. So disappointed.

I initially ordered the pediatric walker for my wife. 5'5" 123 lbs. Just a little to short for her. I was going to exchange it for a normal size one and saw this walker. PERFECT. Just large enough for her. As a bonus she couldn't use the old walker getting into the bathroom this one fits through 23" doors. Great product ,great customer service.

Very Good Quality and easy to use. I am so very pleased with this stroller or walkabout. I purchased it for my grandmother and she loves it very much! She is a small cute lady, a little less than 5 feet tall and the stroller fits her perfectly and she is so happy to have it.

I use this rollator all the time. It is easy to fold up. Easy to lift to put in car. Just the right height for a short person. I even use it at home because it goes thru doors easily

Hopefully you won't have to use these in your immediate future or ever, but for now I do.This one is perfect for the small, petite person & just what I was looking for.I chose the shiny, cobalt blue that will shine in the sun when I go out for my next medical procedure.Very nice price also.Happy with my purchase!!
