It works. I can't believe it. I'm 27 and years of drinking, sun damage, and no sleep have really done a number on the skin around my eyes. I have bags and puffiness, fine lines, and dark spots under my eyes. The whole shebang. I didn't really notice it or care until this past year, which I've spent trying an insane amount of eye cream.Some have helped, most have done nothing, but this formula somehow works SO WELL. I have sensitive skin and eyes and this stuff has a slight sting after applying, then a cooling feeling (the best comparison I can make is bengay). There isn't really a smell, which I'm a fan of. The bottle is TINY, but I've had it for a month and have barely made a dent. I expect this will last me all year with daily application, which is good because its just so expensive. That being said, I've thrown all other eye creams away because my fine line and spots are gone.The first time I used it, I was pissed when I woke up the next morning because my eyes looked puffier than ever. The gel was still under my eyes and hadn't fully absorbed. I felt ripped off and washed my face. When I looked in the mirror later to apply my makeup, I actually saw a noticeable difference in my face -- the skin looked brighter. It wasn't what I was expecting or wanting from an eye cream, but I figured I would give it another week to know for sure. $80 is a lot to spend for brighter fine lines, but my eyes only got better with use. The skin is firmer looking, no puffiness, the fine lines have noticeably lessened, and the dark spots aren't as dark. This gel is such a blessing, I look like I'm in my 20s again.

I used this until I was finished and it never stopped burning eyes and didn't really see results.

My entire skin care regime is Erno Laszlo. I have sensitive skin and usually when I wear any kind of eye cream around my eyes, I break out in that area. I'm prone to dark circles so had to rely on concealer to cover. But, concealer is drying, so it was a struggle. I was hesitant to buy this because it is expensive, but when I read the reviews and saw that it's formulated for sensitive skin, I bought it. I am SO glad I did! This truly is a miracle worker! I noticed the dark circles diminished within two days and within 10 days of applying AM and PM, I don't need under eye concealer! Because it's a gel formula, you don't need much. It soaks into the skin. It comes with a little plastic stick for application, but I do apply with my finger tips as directed. I went for subscribe which brings the cost down and when it comes to good skin are, aren't we worth it!

I loved, loved, loved this product before when it was Estee Lauder's and was really upset when they discontinued it. I don't know for sure, but they could have just transferred it to Erno Lazlo - whatever happened, I'm just glad I can still get it. It helps with puffy eyes and I can use it when I sleep and so many other products make my eyes swell and this doesn't. It's a little pricey but really great.

The first few times I used this, it had a stinging effect, somewhat uncomfortable. Not so much now, and my under eye area looks SO much better — I didn’t even need concealer yesterday, for the first time in quite a while.

What a scam.This did nothing for my under eye redness, puffiness, circles.

Have used for 5 weeks and hasn't done anything for under eye puffiness or darkness. Did help with fine lines.

Far too expensive! One can get the same result from a much cheaper eye gel, furthermore the container is all wrong: the clear glass is not good for the ingredients contained in the gel, and near the end is a nightmare to get at, even with the spatula.
