Product works as intended. My engine is a V6 and most dont realize there are more cam positioning sensors (4) then they know about. Being this is the 1002 model, there is 3 total of this sensor and 1 1001 model. If you are still getting the dreaded P0340 code after changing it, might want see if you have more sensors.

Denso is OEM for Toyota
I want to use the best sensor in my 2014 Toyota Sienna, and Denso is the OEM supplier of Toyota sensors, coils and other parts. So if you have to replace a sensor, why not replace it with the same one that lasted so long from the factory? If you want that same performance, then you put in your car what the factory put it.

Item is apparently used but not advertised as such
Part was in a ripped open plastic bag (apparently a used part) when I can find nothing in the description that I was buying a used part. It had better work or I will be sending my old sensor and the one I received back for a full refund.

Works as expected.
Works as expected on my 2010 4x4 Toyota Tundra 5.7L regular fuel Crewmax. <- That’s the important stuff

Be cautious
I bought 2 of these sensors only work for 15 miles, then same engine light with same engine code indicating camshaft sensor malfunction so I wasted my money buying these sensors they don't work.
