Product installs with no issues and works like it should.

It does its job
The hitch is easy to install and does its job. The only issue I have is that it's really difficult to get the hitch on the ball. I believe the issue is because of the trailer pin hitch and how close it sits to the hitch latch on this coupler. I basically have to hammer the hitch onto the ball.

Works
It’s pretty easy to install with above average mechanical ability. I had to drill 1/2 hole in trailer tongue because it wasn’t a perfect match. That is to be expected though for these types of hardware. I would buy again.

Needs a "minor" modification but works great
Needed to make a very minor overbore the front mounting hole to let it line up with the one on the trailer. Works well. Heavy duty. Good price. Fast shipping.

Doesn’t fit 2 inch ball
Having the same issues the coupler fully adjusted will bind on a 2 inch ball. Will be looking at returning this item

Not the same as in the pictures.
Not the hitch that was shown in the pictures. I was relying on this for a time sensitive repair to the trailer only to get a completely different coupler.
